3. Account Registration

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by CSN Bio Link and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

Changes to Pricing

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service interruptions or downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSN Bio Link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Errors or interruptions in the Service
  • Third-party content or conduct

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSN Bio Link from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you post on the Service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
